Leaking Transmission Fluid

Hi all,

I am new to the club. I have bought a 2002 Wrangler, Automatic transmission and I have noticed I am leaking transmission fluid. I have some pictures below. I'm not very mechanically inclined so help is much appreciated... Thanks!!!

Sorry nobody has replied. Seems some threads get hundreds of posts about needless bs and people who need help get zero. Mine was doing this when I got my transfer case changed and I used Lucas tranny fluid stop leak and it stopped it for a while but if you have a leak its either a crack or a loose bolt or you lost a seal somewhere obviously. There's no real quick fix unless its a bolt. I'd try the Lucas stuff and see how it goes. It isn't overfilled is it?

Thanks for the response. I'll check the fluid level when I return home. Does this Lucas fluid work well?

I have checked the fluid level and it appears way overfill. I bought it from a dealership less than a month ago, I don't know what they were thinking.

Lucas is an amazing product. My rear pinion seal was leaky and I didn't want to fix it because I want to regear in a year or so. A guy I know suggested that I put Lucas oil stabilizer in the rear and the leak is gone. The stuff has bought me a significant amount of time and I'm completely sold.

I wouldn't add ANY (!!!) transmission additive to your 32RH transmission. It should have nothing inside but ATF+3 (outdated) or ATF+4 which replaces ATF+3.

I know the 32RH well after converting my previous TJ from a 5-speed manual transmission to the 32RH automatic but can't quite figure out your photos. Were those photos of the top of the driver's side where the shift cable attaches and the TV (kickdown) cable attach?

Update

I rechecked the fluid level and it appears to be in the correct range. When i checked before I must have done something wrong. Below is another photo from farther out so you can see where the leak is in relation to the transmission. I really need to figure this out... any help is appreciated.
