Nashonater is on a distinguished road

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, hard top, full doors. Every time it rains the drivers side foot wells (including the back) are filled with about and inch of water. The passenger side is completely dry unless there is so much water that it just flows into that side. The weatherstripping is in excellent shape, no cracks or rips or anything of the sort. Ive taken it through a car wash to figure out where its leaking but i cannot find anything. I had my wife sit in it while i pressure washed around all the door and roof seams but nothing came in out of the ordinary. I have a plastic guard over the bottom part of the door jam on the passenger side, but not on the drivers side. Would that be a factor? Thanks for the input
