Left blinker issues

Hey, new to forums. 99 Wrangler in great condition. My right blinker and hazards all work, my left blinker occasionally works. If I barely hold the lever down it works but all the way down it will work 1/10 times. Changed bulbs. I'm figuring a wiring harness problem. Can anyone confirm?

You wrote, "If I barely hold the lever down it works but all the way down it will work 1/10 times."

That would point to the connections at your steering column (IMO).

That's what I was thinking. What exactly would I be looking for? Will I need to pull apart the dash?
