I really like the look of Bushwackers flat fenders. Offers a whole lot of extra clearance. But I'm not gonna lie, Bushwackers fenders are definitely not worth the price! The plastic is pretty thin and I don't think it would take too hard of a hit to take them off. But they're awesome if you plan on doing mostly street driving

Those are flares, not fenders. While yes they do offer a little more clearance it is still limited to where the flare mounts to the fender.

The first two pics are what happened to my Bushwhacker Flat flares during their first day on the trail... durable they're not.

The last pics are of my aluminum Poison Spider DeFender flat fenders.

i 100% love these fenders. The bad part is i dont know who makes them. I was told they were homemade but they look like all the others out there. I know they are strong enough to hold me with no problems.

You can have them powder coat them for $25 or $50 if you call them

These are fiberglass, 100% bolt-on, no cutting your existing fenders.

I haven't tried standing on them and jumping, but I can lift myself off the ground just with my arms and they don't move. They also aren't a full fender so you have to trim the old ones. They are pretty in expensive thou so that's why I got them and they are made in a shop in Arizona.

Some nice looking fenders... I am thinking about GenRight with the full rear corner panels.

The company that's doing these is in the process of making their production molds right now, the fenders should hit the market within the next few months. They don't want me to reveal who they are at this point, but it's a well-known name in the Jeep aftermarket.

A few more photos:

What's nice about these is that they're 100% bolt-on, and include factory-compatible inner fenders, so all of the engine compartment accessories that bolt to the fenders bolt right up in their stock locations. There's no cutting or other modifications to the Jeep, so you could swap the original fenders back on someday if you wanted to.

How difficult was it to add those jk looking signals to the grille?

Have you hit or rubbed anything with them. Fiberglass doesn't seem like a good material for fenders if you ride on tight trails.

Can you give any info on what the price might be? Like a ballpark cost?

I don't think the company has set the exact price yet, I'm guessing they'll probably do that after they finish the production molds and mold a few sets of fenders to see exactly what the labor ends up being, but they told me they expect the pricing to be "competitive with other flat fender options on the market". Sorry I don't have anything more specific than that, but that's the best info I have at the moment.

BTW... there's a plug-and-play wiring adapter for LEDs that may possibly end up going along with the fenders. Here's a video I took when I was doing a quick test of a prototype adapter on one of my other Jeeps. All I did was unplug the factory turn signal/parking light and plugged the adapter into the factory wiring harness. Then I plugged the LED into the adapter. Both the running light and the turn signal functions work properly, and the blink rate is normal.

This is with the stock wiring of the Wrangler and the stock Wrangler turn signal flasher. I didn't cut or splice any wires, it's a simple plug-in adapter.
