Leveling Kits?

Hey guys, I am wondering if anyone has used/installed a leveling kit for the front. I have a 1998 Wrangler Sport with a 4" susp. lift and 33's. My front is slightly lower than the back, based on the space between the bottom of the fender well to the top of the tire. This week I added a winch and it made it just slightly more noticeable. I was considering adding a 1" or
2" leveling kit for the front to bring it up. I actally would not mind if the front were a bit higher than the back. Has anyone added one of these and will it matter that my Jeep is already lifted?. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

if your front sagged because of a heavy winch, install some spacers over the front springs.

i have a 2.75" spacer in the front:

i know nick will disagree because we've discussed this before =D

jks acos spacers.. i love them.. me and another guy in our jeep club runs them.. they are perfect for fine tuning your suspension.. gives minimum of 1.25'' in the front.. i went all out and bought 2 pairs.. but if you are just trying to level out the front.. then you can just get the fronts.. runs about 210 including shipping.. but will adjust all the way up to 3.50-3.75''.. so in the long run, you'll never have to pull your springs out to replace the rubber spacer with a bigger one if you add any weight on the front

thanks

Thanks for the feedback. I just want to confirm, it is ok to add these things in addition to the lift I already have? As I explained up above, I have a 4 inch suspension with 33's and I would like to go to 35's. Would a set of these spacers for the front and back do the trick? 4" in the front, 2" in the back?

I added 3/4" spacers to level out my OME lift after doing the winch setup, bumpers, armor, etc and it sits very nice right now. I didn't have to add anything to the rear.

i wouldnt want to add 4'' spacers in the front and 2'' in the rear.. on top of a 4'' suspension lift..

what lift do you have? do you have stock control arms or aftermarket ones?

you dont want your jeep to sit perfectly level either.. a stock jeep normally sits higher in the back.. plus when i put mine into reverse.. the rear raises up and its quite noticable..

oh.. and with the right bumpstoppage.. you can run 35s on 4'' suspension.. i wouldnt want to be much higher than that.. if you need the tire clearance.. id look into adding a 3/4''-1'' spacer in the front, then a 1.25'' jks bl with 1'' mml
