Lift

Dude, if your going for a lift, get the 4" lift........anything else is smoke up your, and everyone elses, a@#. Be real, go for the real thing, anything else is so minute, and so trivial. You know you want it................go for it................step up to the plate. Putting on 31" tires is nothing............come on.........you can do it. Yes. water will damage your radio, if nothing else. You want your Jeep to smell like mildew?

Why do you just talk and talk about liftinng that thing up? I've seen soo many posts from you about it. Get a summer job cuttin some lawns or something and get what you really want! In the long run you probly woln't be happy with your instant gratification!

Yeah well maybe that was a little harsh .But...i'll tell you if being a Marine has taught me anything it's patience and nothing comes easy. Oh and to fit 31's you don't even need a lift or aftermarket rims. Except for the engine mine's totally stock and I fit 31's in fine with the stock rims. But now I totally wish I had just saved the 600 bones I spent on the bfg's and went big from the begining.

Bah, talk about it all you want. That's how we all learn. If someone doesn't want to read about it, they have that option.

Hey bro that's not what I ment and I totally understand being excited about a first vehicle and being on a budget. All I was trying to get across was that if a 4" lift is what you really want then you shouldn't sell yourself short.

If I offended you as well, I certainly apologize. I was just having some fun with you, and I definitely understand not having money. I have been flat broke before, and it is no fun. It is a great thing to Jeep, at any level, so don't be ashamed of not being able to get instant gratification. You can talk about any, and all of your plans that you like. It does not offend me, or anyone else, and I hope I did not make you feel that way. Just keep on Jeep'n, and keep on dreaming........that is what makes the journey so much fun.

Cool

if you check on ebat look for the rough country 4" lift with shocks, i bought mine for about $450.00 shipped, then i added a 1" body lift and im running 35's, its worth the wait.
