lift gained by 8.8 swap

i just finished installing an 8.8, artec industries truss/tj swap bracketry, grizzly locker and 4.88!! i love it!! i also installed smittybilt xrc tube fenders w flare. i really like the new look.
one little problem.... i knew the 8.8 woulg give more lift due to the larger axle tubes. but i did not realiz it would be so noticable. maybe its the flatness of the tube fenders that make it easier to see.
im wondering how much kift i gaiuned, and what is the easiest way to rectify?? maybe one if those budget boost spacers for the front coils?? is so how much?? one inch i think wil be to much and lift me in the other direction!!?? too high in front.

thanks for your help

Cut the coil perches off and grind them down some. If you have pictures of your rig before and after that may help. I believe the tube diameter is something like .75 bigger so that's like 3/8s inch of lift. If I remember correctly.

I can't remember now its been so long ago but it was either 5/8 " narrower than the OE rear or it gave ya 5/8" more lift and I want to say it was lift . Either way you can find anything you need to know pretty much here.......... 8.8 FACTS, OPINIONS & HOW-TO'S (F.A.Q.) - JeepsUnlimited.com Forums

It's 5/8 narrower per side.
