Nah no axles needed, you might need a slip yoke eliminator to stop driveline vibration since the lift is over 3" (doesn't always happen tho" , you might need new brake lines and definitely new shocks. Getting a Coil spring kit as well?

What lift are you buying?

I bought my lift from the Rough Country website and it told me what was recommended for my lift right there.

Figure on many of the following components: longer front brake lines, extended sway bar links front and rear, regearing, brake and steering upgrades to accommodate larger tires, SYE, CV shaft, bumpstop extensions, new springs, new shocks, welding/fabrication a few reinforcement brackets, adjustable track bars, and a rear track bar relocation bracket.

3.25" Suspension Lift Kit for 97-06 Jeep TJ by Rough Country- this is the lift that i plan on getting. it comes with steering stabilizers so ill probably only need to buy sway bars right? or do i definitely need wheel spacers?

It sounds like you have a lot of reading and research to do before you start buying stuff. There is no "kit" that has everything you'll need. The most complete kit out there that I've seen is the Savvy kit but even then it is up to the buyer to get or already have a SYE/CV driveshaft. The kit you are looking at has gotten very mixed reviews so consider how you plan on using your Jeep before buying.

I have a 4in rc short arm on my jeep.....its not bad has good flex you will need an sye and a cv driveshaft though......also if the kit doesnt come with extended steel breaklines thats a good choice......sway bars are overrated and i took mine off as soon as i figured out how much more awesome rocks are than mud......the track bar would be nice adjustable and again i believe rc offers that.....but you should be alright.....and everybody says you need to regear or get new axles for 33s but thats not true i run 33s on stock axles and gears and it works fine and i do not have any issues dont get me wrong though beefer axles and gears would be awesome but i dont have the money for it and for what i run everything is solid and runs fine......goodluck with the lift pics when your done!
