lift kit ID..please!

hi there, another new guy to jeeps needs to have the lift kit IDed, so i can replace my sucky shocks. the jeep has 35s, i would guess a 4" lift, but what do i know? anyway to measure the ammount of lift? anybody have the part number for a bilstien 5100 for a 98 tj?
the other truck is the unimog im selling. thanks in advance kerik

thanks cole, so when i buy shocks i need shocks for a 4 inch lift?
