lift question.

I currently have a 2" BB. The ride sucks I am a working man so gotta improve a little at a time. I like what ive read and heard about OME lifts and would like to get one soon (2"). Ive read that most actually net a 2.5 inch lift so that is a plus but I want to run 33/1250s. SO first question is could I use my BB on top of the OME kit TEMPORARILY to provide the needed clearance? If so great, if not, why? Also, would anything else need to be done? Drive shaft, etc.? would this option be a good long term solution? Would it hinder the ride quality? I plan on a BL and MML later but cant do it all at once. Your feedback is appreciated.

you can use a spacer on top of the spring, a lot of people do it to compensate for heavy bumpers, and winches. you will need longer shocks to do it though. a 1 in body lift with the 2.5 inch will allow you to run 33's, or a set of flat fenders will also

Thanks red. I would need longer than what comes with the OME kit? Or a body lift? How hard is a BL to install? Are there any brands that are better than others? How much will one run?
