What do people think ? Right now I have 2" lift and 33" tires

A Rubicon Express 4.5" lift will fit 35s. Other things to consider are gears, rear drive shaft, and beefier steering set up.

I would look at rockcrawler, RE, Clayton etc before skyjacker. I ran 35's with 4.5 re kit, though I did have some spacers in the front to make up for the winch. It was a short arm however.

You could go with a RE 3.5 SF then add a 1.25" body lift. I don't have the body lift and fit 33's perfect. 3.5" suspension lift is right on the border of having to deal with other issues like drive line angles. I stayed away from the 35's because I didn't want to deal with all of the other issues they would bring.

You will probably not be happy with 35 inch tires and 4:10 gears. It would suck to spend all that money on the lift and tires and regret the expense because you can no longer pass a school bus on the highway. The best way to find out is to drive a rig with that set up and see how it is. There are tons of threads on here about what gears work best with 35s and various combinations of transmissions. Do a search and read the posts from the guys that have actually done it. The short answer: Will it work - yes. Will you be happy with it - probably not.

Well thank you Ken you have been quite informative and I will search for some threads on the matter it may still be a few months before I can justify spending 4-5 k on the jeep but I will all in time I was looking at the rubicon express 5.5 It looks nice but big $$$ but it I am sure it is like anything I will get what I pay for
