Light but strong bumpers?

Well I am in a bit of a pickle here as far as deciding which front bumper to go with. You see the main problem for me is that it needs to be strong and light and also be able to be shipped through the USPS. Considering that I have an FPO address and all my items have to be shipped through the USPS, I dont have the option of Bumpers that are too large or too heavy. I just dont want to pay half the price of the bumper in shipping. I would really appreciate some options for me to look at.

Get a welder and some metal and fabricate one yourself, it's the cheapest option.

If I had someplace to store a welder then I would. But being in an apartment I think the wife would kill me if I put any more hobby toys in the house. Plus the cost of the welder would be just as much as buying a good bumper and having it shipped. I dont have Harbor freight over here that I can just run down to and pick up a welder.

Check out Savvy Offroad, they have aluminum front and rear bumpers

Has anyone had any experience with Metlcloak bumpers? They have an aluminum bumper and all of them are on sale with 10% off right now.
