LJ Lift/Tire Questions

Hello all,
I've looked everywhere to try and find the answer to my question but have had no luck.

Basically I plan on getting a lift kit (3-5 in.) to go along with some 35s. I've mainly been looking into the RE Super Flex SA Kits (3.5/4.5) and potentially a small BL (.5-1.5") for a future TT and a little bit of added clearance.

The Questions:

Will a SYE or CV be required with the lift kits listed?
With the stock D30/D44 axles hold up to the 35s (this being my DD/Weekend Warrior)? If not what should I look into?
Anything else that would be necessary with a setup like this?
