You definitely don't need locktite on body mount bolts. Compressing rubber is the same as having a lock washer. If you live in the rust belt, a little anti-sieze would be my choice.
I put some antiseize on there and called it good. The JKS instructions called for a medium thread locker and I didn't think it was necessary. Thanks for the responses.
There are different kinds of Loctite. According to a product information/training video I once saw by Loctite, the threads inside a bolt only contact 15% of the potential surface area. Loctite expands and fills the rest of the area, preventing corrosion and rust.
+1 on anti-seize and I don't even live in the rust belt.
