Looking for a decent soft top/ summer top

Hey guys I have a 2000 TJ, with a hard top and full doors.
No soft top or the parts they use like those door surround things etc.
Could you help me out with a top? I checked the framless tops out.
But I was wondering if a bikini top like Quadratec has would be decent for rain and such, they sell package deals on there too with the wind jammers and all that stuff. Just would like some input on your experiences with these sort of tops. Thanks! Direct links to some good deals are also welcome!
I need to sorta stay under 300 for everything

All this talk about drill/no drill stuff gives me pause. Isn't there a top that I can just velcro or bungee?

Won't keep you dry when it rains but definitely keeps the sun off and still let's the breeze through. Had mine for a couple of years now and love it!

I am selling my old Bestop soft top (tan) for $130 shipped. All you would need is the frame components to make it work which you can often find either on CL, the classified section of WF, eBay, or quadratec/other vendors. Its been listed in the classifieds section for a while - I would be happy to have you take it off my hands so my back seat is freed up again! For the price you could definitely stick with your budget if all you want is a cheap summer soft top.
