looking for parts

because these are factory parts, they are ridiculously priced for what they are, and I was curious if anyone has extra's, or know where to buy for cheap.

Footman Loop - (where door strap connects to door itself) factory price $45
Prop Rod Catch - (what holds the prop rod under the hood) factory price $50

Also I haven't been able to find these parts online:

the 2 screws that hold the door grab handle in place (probably plastic)
and whatever holds the door surround in place at the bottom on the drivers side, the dowel (?) is in place but is not secured so it rattles.

Please help!!! I can come up with solutions to all of these things, but I'd just assume get the factory parts without paying too much.

Any helpers, thank you so very much.

I got some footman loops for the doors from a boat shop.
Prop rod catch from jeepsareus.com - careful, there are 2 different types.

Yes, the door surrounds rattle.
Got this idea from someone else on this forum - rubber tubing on the metal dowel part.
You need to find something wide enough to fit over the metal dowel part and narrow enough to go in the slot - this was a very tight fit but holds it securely and no rattles.
Not the best pic...
