I appreciate it. I've been searching all over with no luck. Found one on ebay and got busy at work as the auction was ending and I've been back to square one ever since. Thanks again, I'll follow up here and let ya know how it goes for me after I get in touch with them and get the column.

Did you get the entire column including all the switches?...I'm asking because that is what I am needing. If all the switches are still attached, I should only have to connect the 4 main bolts and thats it to get the column hooked up right? Of course all the electrical will have to be reconnected too.

I didn't want/need all the electrical stuff so I didn't ask for it. Just be specific with what you want and Davey will get it for you. He will also quote you the best price. I want to say I remember telling him I didn't need any of the switches since mine would swap over.

There are 4 bolts that hold the column to the dash. There is also a bolt at the end of the column that holds the steering column to the steering shaft. It requires a 13mm socket.

you can see it pictured here. The splined section slips into the collar that hooks up to the rest of the steering shaft.

I still have it from my other column which was in excellent condition other than one small part connecting the ignition to the switch. Name your price and I'll see what it will cost to ship to you. If you would like, pm me with your zip code.

Mr. C, I must thank you for the recommendation to use Davey' s Jeeps. Very friendly people that had the exact column I needed and also shipped to me in no time at all. Shipped the same day I ordered the part and I was provided with UPS shipment tracking numbers to follow my shipment.

Anyone that may ever need a part, call this guy and give him your business. You'll be glad you did.
