So when i was checking the pipe after the headers but before the cat conv, i grabbed it, and could move it up and down pretty good. I cant imagine that this is regular. The two nuts on the header were as tight as i could get it, not sure how the piping is able to move. I can actually grab the tailpipe and wiggle it side to side with ease.

Also, since i did my tcase drop with new bolts and washers, im getting a rattling sound about at where the cat conv and the muffler connect.

Anyone have some insight on this? Thanks

My stock cat conv has been rattling like crazy for several years now. It still passes inspection so I don't worry about it. Anyway, apparently the guts break loose after several years of use. The rattling is most noticeable when idling. Maybe iit stops once I get rolling, but at any rate I can't hear it then. As for the loose pipe maybe the doughnut gasket is history. Just a guess.
