Loss of power on acceleration.

Scary moment today. Going up a slight grade today while cruising around 25 in 3rd, my jeep lost power and kinda felt like it wasn't getting fuel. Then again on a take off in the middle of 1st gear and start of 2nd gear. I've been doing research and so far I've found some options to check out. I'm going to start by cleaning my throttle body and IAC and see if that remedies it. Already checked my plugs and wires since I just changed them. Anyone know where I can get a reader to hook up to see what faults are popping up?

Anyone that has happened to stumble upon this to try and diagnose a problem they're having that is similar to this. I fixed it. The problem was thought to be my O2 sensor, but since I had an exhaust manifold leak at the gasket, I chose to fix that before dropping cash on a new sensor. I was right in thinking the leak was syphoning unburnt oxygen in and causing a rich mixture. The jeep runs quiet, smooth and no hiccups. The entire process was pretty simple and took about 4 hours to do. I'll do a write up on it when I have more time.
