Lower Control Arm Removal and Install

Thinking about doing this for the first time.

What is the process for the
Driver Left Rear Lower Control Arm
Removal and Installation.

Tools that are needed
any tricks to make it easier.

I do know the bolts need to be torqued to 130 ft lbs.

Curious as to why you are removing it/them? If you just take one off, there is not much to it...just remove the bolts and tap them out, but if you take both sides off you will need to make sure your diff is in a fixed position and just to be sure you get it back to the same position...measure diff angle. If you're replacing the stock arms just do one at a time. The control arms hold the diff in place, so if you remove them the diff is going to move up or down and can be a bear to get back in place.

I was told by a alignment technician that the bushing was not good.
Although I can not see the problem so I am trusting the technician's findings

Only the left rear side - lower control arm - needs to be removed and replaced.

It does seem straight forward so I am giving it my best try. thanks
