First the master plan:
- 2" lift + 1.25" BL
- 33" tires
- Body Armor front tubular bumper
- Body Armor Rear bumper w/swing out tire carrier
- Body Armor Side rails
- maybe upgrade skid plates
Conventional Wisdom here seems to be that anything over 2" of lift is going to need SYE and other stuff that makes it much more expensive, so that's what I was going for there.
I have read that when you put a lot of heavy accessories on, your lift may drop. So...
1). Will all that stuff make it so I have to drop to 32's?
2.) Will new springs and shocks instead of Budget Boost spacers help keep the lift from losing to much height?
3.) I have 3.73 gear ratio. Will that run the 33's OK? A re-gear is probably going to be too expensive for me.
Thanks for any info. These forums are great but there is SO much information just want to make sure I have it right.
