I wouldn't run more than what Warn provided, they fill it as full as is safe for the winch. Rarely do we need that much line anyway and when we do, we can use a tow strap or extension rope. I've never come close to needing all 80' of my rope & I don't have all the trees to attach to that you do there in NY.
Not to mention the fewer layers of rope on the winch, the more it can winch and the lower the amperage consumption at the same pull. In other words, the winch is working a lot harder to pull a load when the winch line is at the top layer than when it is on the first layer.
