Max Tire Size on '03 Rubicon

Hello,
What is the max tire size I can put on a factory 2003 Rubicon? What if I install Bushwacker FLAT fender flares? I want to install 265/75/16 = 31.6"x 10.4" on the factory wheels. Would this fit? This would be an increase from the stock 245/75/16 = 30.5"x 9". I can't do any suspension lift. Thanks for any help.

what about a body lift?

i'd still think you'd be ok with the 265/75r16s, but you may need to add a washer or two to your steering stops so you dont rub at full lock

I think they will rub without different flares. Here is mine just 1 month old with the stock tires, suspension, etc.

Or you could do an inexpensive BB. I have 1.5'' teraflex spacers, and am running those same tires. I have an '03 rubi. Here is a link: Teraflex 1.5in. Budget Boost Lift Kit, No Shocks 1341200 (97-06 Wrangler TJ) - Free Shipping 1341200 - Free Shipping over $75!
