melted headlight switch connector

my headlights have become inoperable and i have discovered that the wiring harness that connects to my headlight switch behind on my lower dash is melted (pic below)!!! does anyone know exactly what this part is called and where to find it? preferably a parts store i can pick it up, i hate shipping! please help me i am sick of having to hold the high beam flasher on to have any headlights at all (doesn't even work in high beams on) and i am sure i have pissed off a lot of drivers when i get out of the gym late and drive home in the dark!!!

Normally you need to buy a complete dash harness. You should try a junkyard. Plus my guess is it melted because someone added additional accessories to the headlight switch wiring or increased the headlight wattage a bunch.

only thing i can think of extra would be the tow kit, but there hasn't been anything plugged into it in years... i will try the salvage yards, thank you!
