Thumbs down Metal Grinding Noise

Hello forum,
I could use a little advice. I have a 2002 wrangler (2.4 L) and I recently got an oil change. Ever since then I started noticing a noise in lower gears. The noise is much louder when deccelerating. I thought originally engine, but the oil levels are fine and the noise does not occur when the car is not moving. I'm starting to think that it is a brake problem. It is just odd that the noise occurs without touching the brakes and gets louder when slowing down in gear. It is not a continuous noise as it occurs about as much as the wheel spins. I do not notice the noise at higher speeds and it is hard to hear when accelerating. The noise sounds like metal grinding. Anyone every had something similar or have any advice?
