Metalcloak questions...

Ok, so I've been tossing around mod options. I was going to do a 4" lift to fit the 33s. Thinking on it, I realized, due to rusting, I also need to replace my front fenders. I've been wanting to go with Metalcloak. Then I remembered their ad says you can run up to 35s on stock suspension. My question is, if I go with MCs front fenders, will the rear need any mods to fit the 33s? Also, since its a Rubicon, will my axles and other components be ok with this size tire? Keep in mind, this Jeep sees no of- roading. I deal mainly with New England winters in the Berkshires. This one is the daily driver.

I just put my arched fenders on this weekend and mounted my 33's and couldn't be happier no issues in the front at full turn, no issues in the back either. Great product!

I'm also curious about the MC overline fenders and 33's. If 35's fit stock, I'm hoping that you can get alot of flex with 33's and stock suspension. Do the rear 33's stuff ok in the wheel well at full flex with stock flares?

I believe 35s will fit stock but you will need to trim the rear a bit. If they hit the stock flares in there rear you can trim them too. That's what I did when I had 33s. I love my fenders too!

Great pics! So, will my Rubicon's stock axles be ok with the 33's? I was told the stock axles are Dana 44's, but I haven't had a chance to get under it and verify due to a back injury. I think I'm definitely going with these fenders either way.

Yes they are D44's and yes they're fine up to a 35" tire so 33's are not a problem at all.
