milk jug storage

im going to try and put a small door and hinge on my bumper milk jugs for minimal storage, anyone got any ideas on this before I start?

Personally I think this is a bad idea...those things get knocked off on moderate trails.

If you want storage in your bumper, then build a bumper.

Its a neat idea and I've seen armored bumpers use it but mrcarcrazy is right, those are very fragile things and if you offroad they have a high chance of getting knocked off

I am not sure what exactly you mean here regarding storage. Do you mean you want to make a storage box in the bumper or in the actual jug itself. What would you possibly be able or need to store in that small area?

I did away with my milkjugs. I had to wack them off with a mallet because the screws wouldn back out

there isnt much room for storage in there not surprizingly, im gunna scratch that idea. I think I might plant a small plant in there that bears fruit, so naturally ill always have snacks on the trail
