The dealership took two months to get the title and I lifted it it got me worried I'm in Oklahoma of that helps

I would check your DMV rules on vehicle modifications and road ability.

If your state doesn't do inspections then don't worry about it. Go fill out the paperwork at the DMV, nobody will ever know. If it's truly an issue in your state be more worried about getting pulled over.

When I registered my truck I just did paperwork and they checked the vin

So far all iv found is that headlights can't be more than 45 in from the ground so that's fine
