More than Death Wobble?

Info on the Jeep: 04 TJ. 70k. 4.0. 4" zone lift kit. 31x10.5 AT2. the jeep runs great in the city. everything was torqued to specs. i love the new ride its a little bit bouncy but i feel more confident its weird. it feels a lot more sturdy on the city. on the highway a different ballgame. On the weekends i drive 90 miles to see my family. crossing thru a bridge hit the bump and as soon as it came down. the front just started shaking like a 7.5 earthquake had been happening right then and there. i slowed down from 65 to like 40 and it went away. it didnt happen again. on the way back 2 days later it did it again. but this time i could feel the vibrations starting to happen. it gets pretty bad. like out of control. where should i start trouble shooting or checking for problems? i know the instructions of the lift said re torque after 500 miles its only been like 250 should i just go ahead and do it? help. i have loong trips in the next couple of weeks and i dont want to risk my life or the jeep.

i did look up treads on death woobles and some seem to be like mine but i guess every jeep is different. seem to find somebody to fix the problem with an aftermarket steering stabalizer. maybe i should start there.
