Mt/R Kevlar??

Gonna order new tires soon, my jeep is my DD and I want a good tire that will last a decent amount of time, but I also wheel the crap out of it when I do go wheeling, so I was thinking the Mtr Kevlars. I was wandering if anyone had these and could post some pics and give me their thoughs?!?! thankss

The new kevlar MT/R is an outstanding tire, it's what I was going to replace my older nearly worn out MT/Rs with. I've had outstanding service from my two previous sets of MT/Rs and the new kevlar MT/R is better in all regards. Most of my buddies wheel the Hammers trails in Johnson Valley and most have gone to that tire as it holds up even better than the older MT/R did which was already known as an outstanding tire.

The new kevlar MT/R not only has the tougher sidewall, it's also quieter, longer lasting, and has a tread pattern that is better in mud, snow, and wet roads. It's a good damned thing I hadn't already bought a set of those tires when my TJ was stolen earlier this month or I would have been even MORE pissed off.

What Jerry discribed is exactly why I'll be going with the new Kevlar MTRs when my old style MTRs wear out. Lighter, stronger, better in wet stuff . . . I love my old style MTRs and would probably have stuck with the old style vs. going to another brand, but the new Kevlar ones are even better so for me it's a no brainer.

I don't have them because the size I wanted was on national back order when I had to buy tires. But I've been using these pictures for motivation.

Who said anything about an E Load Range? He didn't and I know I didn't.

C Load Range MT/Rs are available in many sizes, no one says he has to go E Load Range.

Still not too blingy

I really like the looks of them, guys that have them say they have extremely tough sidewalls and good road manners.

Sorry Jerry, I was not aware they were available in other load ranges.
The stock ones on my Rubicon (non-kevlar), I have only seen in E.

My bad

WOW

Say it one more time............... WOW

I have not ever been this impressed by a set of radial tires on the trail. I wheeled them real hard in Elbe, Wa yesterday. Started with 4-5 inches of fresh snow and layers of mud and boulders under that. I rarely slipped a tire and got through all the hard lines other guys with me wouldn't even attempt in the snow. Goodyear hit the nail on the head for wheeling here in the NW with these tires.

WOW!

I have them, they are a little loud on the road but hell they have an aggressive, tread pattern, also they are assymetrical so grooves on the freeway tend to take the tire where it wants to
