My custom set of bumpers. Opinions? Comments?

Here are my front and rear bumpers..as they're being put together and fabbed up. All custom and hand-built.

Here is the rear bumper all finished up and bolted on. I like how close it sits to the body. I like it a lot personally. Let me know what you think.

I like the back bumper a little. But I think you should have made it more adjustable. In that you could adjust it up a little bit to help hide the body lift. Other then that one small thing I think it looks OK.

My brother asked me if I wanted to have it adjusted up so it'd hide the BL but I don't plan on having it on there forever. I bought it that way.

If I we would have adjusted it up to cover up the body lift, it would be showing pretty much the entire gas tank. It already shows to much of the gas tank for my liking, if I raised it up any it'd just make it look worse IMO.

Ok first i will say you did a really good job because you did this yourself and thats says a lot. That being said, and this is just my opinion, you got the shape on the rear bumper down but the front looks really big, takes away a bunch of ground clearance and looks very heavy. I'm also not a big fan of diamond plating but to each his own. As long as you like it thats what matters, like i said before good job and i am impressed because i dont have the know how to do something like this.

That front bumper is a monster! I'm glad mines not like that. Wait, wait, this is not a bad comment. Two weeks back, my wife popped the clutch and tried to drive into the garage with the door down.(only reason I wouldn't want it on my Jeep). If I knew she'd never be behind the wheel, I'd love to have one just like it.

I like the style of the front. Maybe toned down a little but I like it.

I think they look pretty good. All you need now is some of those eye lids for your headlights and you'll have the smiling Jeep look completed!!

I made a set of bumpers a few months back but I sold them and started over. I want a little stubby front bumper but my brother supplied the material and he wanted to make the front bumper you see so I wasn't about to argue.

The rear bumper is sick! The front one is a little big for my liking, but it still all came out very professional looking, and very impressive that you did it all yourself. I think the diamond plating looks really good on the back, idk about the front tho

Here are some daytime shots of the front..

It is pretty heavy but I have slowly been shedding weight off the Jeep. No more receiver hitch, no more spare, no more backseat. I think the next one is going to be a stubby one out of treadplate.

This is my opinion. Rear looks great!

Front is missing something it looks a bit too plain (In my honest opinion), If you somehow added a stinger on it it with the square pattern diamond plate it would completely change it from mild to wild!

A stinger to protect the winch would be a nice touch.
