My favorite thing about my TJ is......

that I know mine is one of a kind. No more carbon copy vehicle off the lot.

I've had a 5.0 Cobra, an S2000, a 4x4 "prerunner" silverado, several 73-87 FSGM's, an XJ, and my TJ is the only vehicle I regularly get compliments on. Knowing when I bought it it looked like a typical run of the mill Jeep to what it is today makes me feel good. I'm a hairy half irish half mexican mutt so I take any compliments where I can get them.

Easy and fun to work on.
Parts are always available and relatively inexpensive.

It's my 4 wheel Harley, and I don't have to put my feet down at red lights! ............and even without the roof/doors, the AC works at those red lights in the summer...haha.

...........and my two Boxers get to go with me allot more........and my wife doesn't complain about her butt after a 100 miles....

.....and it gets really great gas mileage.........OK, I made that part up, but I still love it!!!!!!

My TJ is inexpensive to operate, insure, and maintain. Best part is once my rig is totally trashed I can buy another without breaking the bank.

I love the lever action to engage into 4x4. I had a 2002 tahoe and I personally think that SUV was pure garbage for offroading. I try to stay away from as much vehicle electronics as I can. I can shift the transfercase on the go, unlike my tahoe I have to stop, put it in neutral, and wait for 4hi to engage.

What aerodynamics? It's a moving brick. I can literally feel the wall of air I'm compressing at 60+.

What I love the most is that BANG and jolt to steering wheel from the solid axle when you intentionally blast through potholes like you don't give a *&^$!

My favorite thing about mine TJ is, that its fits my style of living, and its like my soul mate of vehicles. I have had 30 some vehicles in my life, and this is the only one I truly love even after 2 years

No car payments (paid cash for it) lol. A 7 dollar can of rustoleum bed liner spray can make any part look good on it. I live on the gulf coast so no hours of vacuuming to get beach sand out, just rinse it out lol. All the compliments I get from it

Only had mine for a little over a week but I'm absolutely crazy about the thing. I love the open top and the lifestyle. There aren't too many other vehicles with a following like the Wrangler's. I also like that I can see someone I've never met before in a Jeep and walk up and start talking to them like I've known them all my life!

Love the fact that you can make it yours so easily. Its appropriate at any time to say "Going to go topless to work today!" and I personally like the moving brick, Im convinced that air dam helps move light Hondas and little cars out of the way!

I love being able to flip the hood completely open onto the windshield and have an unobstructed access to the engine compartment.
