If you want the 35" your gonna need to get the 4" lift, and depending on if you are getting wheels with the tires, and what quality lift you get that could soak up your whole budget. Over 1k for the tires alone if you get 5(you should), and don't forget the unmounting of old, and mounting and balance of new. If you can do a long arm lift do it, though they are more expensive. Make sure to see if they have a quality quick disconnect. Though you get what you pay for. How did you manage to convince your significant other to let to spend that much, I am going to need to take a lesson from you!

Oh and a question how do you like your cold air intake? I am wanting to get one.

Honestly I have read a lot of different research and info and with the 4.0 the header and power pack aren't needed. They wont do much for you. I would save the cash and use it on the other stuff. If you want a better sound just put either a good quality muffler or go from the cat back. Anything before the cat and it isn't going to make much difference.

lift and tires sure, skip the banks stuff, and gear a gear change..if you have a dana 44. If dana 35 save for new axle, with those 35's.
