Looks like he stuck one of those multi-bike racks you see at a high school to his bumper.

Thats a nice looking Jeep. It is a curious front bumper though, it looks like a custom made device. Also looks removable. Can you enlighten us as to it's use?

The local boys around these parts make bumpers like that to hunt deer and bear.... with thier Jeeps. lol

Being that the O.P. is in Norfolk Va I'd say it's for fishing poles.

Very nice Jeep btw!

Lmao! Thanks for the compliments, and to all who are wondering it's a fishing rod rack, with a cooler holder that folds down. I'll take some pics of it when it's loaded up so you can see what it's for.

Unfortunatly the surf pole racks are required equipment here in Delaware if you want to take any vehicle on the beach.

Mine is an 03, I bought it this weekend. The rod rack came off of my 04 4cy Tj that I traded in towards the Rubi.

Where I live at, (South Eastern Virginia) lots of people have "Rod Racks" on the front of their vehicles, so nobody local thinks it looks funny, but if you're interested in one for your Jeep just google "rod racks" or "fishing rod racks" and you'll find plenty of options to choose from.
