My yellow TJ evolution (new hard top)

The first pic is a before pic of what the little Jeep looked like when i brought it home. mismatched doors and a soft top, and everything else bone stock.

Bought another cleaner set of doors and had them painted to somewhat match the rest, added a more capable rear bumper, and last -- just picked up a tan hard top for it from a Sahara.

A couple of guys have asked me why i went with tan on a yellow Jeep. I dont know -- the color scheme just appeals to me. I passed up several black HT's before finding the tan one -- with the money i've spent just getting this ride up to speed, i probably should have kept looking for a Sahara package Jeep in the first place, but i like it better now and its much quieter, so i;m happy. Have to find a harness to activate the rear wiper though

Next up is new rolling stock -- but that may wait a few months, its already tons better for my use as it is

If anybody else has any pics of a Yellow Jeep with tan trim, post up I hate to think i have an oddball orphan now

I think you are the only one haha. I have a yellow jeep with a black hard top. I have seen many yellow jeeps but none with the tan top.

to each his own. If you painted the flares and step tan it would look even better. That way you have a two tone and not a three tone.

I don't mind it, I prefer it over the yellow and black, I've never liked that combination, looks like a bumblebee

Naah ---- somebody else beat me to it -- this CJ has always sorta been my inspiration -- don't know whose it is, but it rocks. I guess this makes mine the second yellow/tan combo in captivity--
