Mystery Jeep starting problem?!?!?!

I have a 2002 Jeep TJ Sahara and I love everything about it....except sometimes it decides to not start...and I mean not even a sound! Its done this a couple days off and on but mostly after i drive it a distance. If I wait a couple hours and go back..starts right up! very clean, 80,000 miles. Checked starter, starter solenoid, etc. so thats all good. Im thinking its to do with computer or stupid key security or something? any help would be amazing right now cuz im runnin in circles on this one lol
