mudweiser is running 4" RC lift with 3" BL but he is running 38's.

go to his name and click view all posts and you'll find a post with his jeep in it.

Uh, your not driving that on the street, right? A 3 inch body lift is way too much unless you are moving the motor along with everything else. I have a 4.5 suspension lift and 1 inch body and I had to change motor mounts. Then adjust everything else.

The body lift is already on the jeep, it came with it. He's adding a 4" suspension lift with the 3"BL

"WranglerHawg" has the 4" rc lift with a 3"bl. pm him for some pictures.

Trail guide what bodylift would you recomend? I want something like 2" and wont mind paying the few extra greenies for motor lift. What else will need to be adjusted?

IIRC I went with the 1.25 or 1.5" body lift and motor mount lift. You have to adjust your fan shroud(loosen prior to moving the body or you could damage it like I did:o ). You may have to adjust your tcase linkage or get a bracket to move the linkage pivot point to the tcase from the body. All a pretty simple deal. I did mine in order to run a flat belly skid plate that I made. I still had to space it down an inch or so, but when I get around to fabbing a new tranny mount I should be able to run it right on the frame. Eitherway it is still better than the stock skid.

Is there any chance we could talk you out of that 3" body lift and going with a 1.25"? I know it's already on but I really would like to see you go with something a bit smaller. :o

I love Jeeps but they look so retarded with big ass body lifts. I seen one on a trailer the other day suspension looked stock but it had like a 3 in body lift so fubar'd.

if you go down to 1" BL then you will have 5" of lift with the suspension lift which is plenty for 35's since your not offroadin.

i wouldnt bother with it if it came installed and is running fine

Mikeoo1 think of it this way the more lift the bigger tires.. the bigger tires the further/higher away the jeep will be from the person so the less that person will see it
