Need help finding bolt size...

I need help finding the size bolt that my after market bumper uses for the frame tie in. If I remember correctly it is the bolt that is used to attach the factory tow hook in one side (Im assuming its the same size on the other side. Please let me know if you know the size. I have a long weekend wheelin trip to NH this weekend and I want to make sure my bumper is secure towing the trailer.

Thanks in advance!

Why not just take your existing bolt out and go to the hardware store and match it up? You should have 4 of them if in fact they are the ones for the factory tow hooks... removing one won't hurt a bit to size it up.

I'm pretty sure the tow hook bolts are 1/2''-13 coarse thread bolts

Sorry for the confusion but I am talking about the rear tow hook that I have long since removed along with the bolts. So I do not have anything to remove and size up. I also thing that it is the same bolts that are used for people that received the factory tow hitch package. Because the same holes are used.

So are you talking about the bolts that go UP into the frame UNDER the bumper? (off the little tab)

Okay. Talking about the hole on the edge of the frame? I don't have tow hooks as I have the hitch. If so then it measures at M12 x 1.75. I attached a pic of my hitch, ignore the rust!
