Need help finding correct part

After hours of finding the cause of the problem. I discovered my drag link end that connects to my passenger steering arm is shot and makes a popping or clunking noise when i turn or fit a small bump. I ahve been researching for replacement parts but have become confused. Can I replace just the end or do I need to replace the entire drag link. I have also considered replaceing both the tie rod and the drag link some thing just a little beefier but nothing crazy. I will like to kept the cost as low as possible but willing to spend a little if its an improvement. I have search quadratec but confused on exactly what parts I need. can someone please provide me a link so I can order the right part? Thanks

Year, make, model, engine, transmission...These are the things we need to know.

The long and short of it is, if the tie rod end is threaded into the drag link or track bar (depending on who calls it what) than it can be replaced. If not, then you have to get the entire unit. I've found both.
