Need help identifying parts

I have an '04 Wrangler Unlimited. Unfortunately I have a short with the controls for my fog lights. According to my manual the switch is on the multi-function control lever. However, when I look for a replacement I can't find anything by that name or anything else for that matter that makes any sense to me .

It's on the turn signal lever. Roll forward to turn your lights on and pull the end o the switch toward the door. Above is a replacement if that's what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
