Question Need Help, Speedo Problem

I have seen several post on Speedo issues but none that have resolved my issue so I hope someone can help me. 2003 Wrangler Sahara, 6 cyl, 5 speed.

Transmission light came on and Speedo going crazy, diag code, speed sensor, replaced speed sensor did not work, had a mechanic replace with new speed sensor and it did not work. Mechanic manually turned the speedo gears and the speedo did not move. I also pulled the guage cluster and cleaned the connectors and turned them some with a pair of needle nose pliers like several people suggested and it is still acting crazy.

I'm thinking my speedo guage has gone bad.

Also, since the tranny light came on it has been running rough, even dying at intersections when I engage the clutch to stop. Not sure if it is related but happened at the same time. Hope someone can help.

The only time I had problems like this was on motorcycles... It was always a voltage problem that caused it. Try removing and cleaning the battery terminals and be sure the connections are clean and tight when you reinstall them. It may not fix the problem, but it's free and it will eliminate a possible cause for you...
If you leave the cables disconnected for a few minutes, you'll also reset the codes in the computer.

still not working

I have tried cleaning the connections and twisting the pins a little and have had no success. Anyone have any more suggestions, or where can I buy a replacement instrument cluster and just change it out.
