Hello to everyone I am new to the Jeep form and its been a long time since I own a Jeep 20 years (I love them )
Here what I got going on I have a 2004 wrangler it came with a soft top and half doors .
I found a Jeep hard top that fit this year model and if fits great the passengers door with the soft top door works good it fits just right .
But the drivers door just the top Conner of the soft part will not fit in the hard top right I can close the door and pull the soft part in to the hard top and it will seal good we had rain and was driving and no rain in the Jeep .
Here is what I am thinking that all the years that the door was used it has just molded to the soft top the man I got the Jeep from told that most of the time he was the only one to ride in the Jeep and I have to say it looks real good inside the JEEP.
I just want to make sure that I did not do some thing wrong or missed some thing I have never had a Jeep with a hard top I line up the small tip at the front of the top on each end to the windshield and checked the width at the back and the doors and kept them the same.
If anyone can help me please tell what I am doing wrong or what I need to do .
Thanks to everyone that has took the time read this .

Wow You must have slipped through the cracks! I just saw your post. those half doors can be a pain with a hard top. Mine leaks with the hard top on but not the soft top haven't been able to figure it out. Thinking about getting rid of the hard top. Glad you found the problem!
