need help with a potential issue

Starting this morning I have had some trouble going into reverse, 1st and 2nd gears. Just doesn't seem like it wants to go. Transmission is new as of a month or so ago, so I figure it isn't that, and it just started happening. Any ideas on what I can check this weekend to keep it from happening again? Thanks for your help.
