Need help with Brakes

Hello Forum!

Last week my brakes decided to start grinding a little....then a little more...then a LOT!!! So I crawled up under my Jeep and took a look at the inside of the rotors on the front discs. They were pretty gouged up! YIKES! So....off to the parts store and picked up a new set of rotors and pads and went to town changing my brakes like I have done before on a multitude of vehicles. Everything seemed to go just fine until I took it for a test drive. I can hear the pads rubbing on the rotors but it is not a symmetrical rhythm so I know something is off. I tightened everything down by hand until it didn't want go anymore. Any thoughts on why I am experiencing this issue? I feel like the rotors did not go on straight?

Thanks for your help!
