Need Help with my TJ

My 01 Wranglers is leaking what I think is anti-freeze from a drain tube by the battery (Firewall). I thought it was the Heater Core and I asked the mechanic to replace the heater core. and he did...but it is still leaking from the same tube.
What can it be? or did the mechanic screwed up??

I would take it back to your mechanic. He should have been able to diagnose the problem, and fix it.

If that tube is protruding from the firewall underneath the battery box, that's the condensation drain tube and it will drip water any time you run the a/c compressor. It'll drip a LOT if the weather is humid. In other words, this is 100% completely normal.

To avoid the dreaded floor board puddle you can take a preventative tactic and fit a elbow hose on that drain tube. If you haven't experienced the puddle yet, your lucky, but it's bound to happen.
