Need Help with no start.

Hello everyone this is my first jeep and my first time one this forum. I picked up my 97 tj and drove it onto the trailer after a jump and some throttle play beacuse it was sitting for the 7-8 months. When I got back to my place and unloaded it wouldnt start. Did the usual test and found I have no spark, no injectors pulses and my scanner (basic mac one) wont communicate. Any ideas?

My first assumption is that the computer has gone bad.

What makes you think your battery isn't simply too weak or dead after sitting that long? If it's dead enough, it won't run well even after a jump start... the alternator needs a good solid 12v from the battery to provide enough power for the ignition and fuel pump.
