Need ideas for Gear shift knob

Looking to change the gear shift knob on my Tj, wondering what unique knobs anyone else has replaced it with.

I had the Hurst T handle on my last manual. There are the pool balls, those are sweet. I like the hand grenades, those look like they would be fun if I got searched going through the gate at work. Seen baseballs and hockey pucks too.

Some of these ideas are pretty neat. I personally have the six shooter one from Pilot Motorsports. Easy enough to install on my '06 TJ automatic shifter but I did need to use the Dremel tool sander on the stick part to get it to fit right.

I have pool ball shifter and it is great. Very comfortable and cheap than most aftermarket knobs.

I've got this one:

Punchey Skull Shift Knob

I've tried a couple of others but this one fits the hand nice, and looks pretty cool.

has anybody tried taking something like a .50 cal casing or bigger and used that for the 4-wheel shifter? just curious how that would look/work.

Mutilated mine a bit, 4wd that is. I have a Toyota knob I had laying around for the shifter. Fits great in the hand and the backward reverse throws people off.

never posted up my 44mag knob. Silver, I just ordered two .50cal BMG dummy rounds. I'm gonna try an idea to make it work with the 4wd lever. If I make it work without screwing up the first round, you can have the other. Thanks for the idea. I'll keep you all posted

lol wow i was looking through to see if anyone had this idea before i posted it. it would not be hard. find a nut to fit the threads and tac weld it to the shell. its what im goin to do when i get to that part of my rebuild.if you r able to weld or fabricate then your options are endless. another idea i had was to get a chain with some good size links. just weld the links together in a straight line for the shaft and make whatever design for the handle that is comfortable.
