Need new fender flares

So Im looking to replace the OEM fender flares on my 2000 tj. I found some of the pocket style I like for cheep and was wondering if the 6" would be too big for my tires. I have everything stock but my tires are 31"s Also what is the size of the OEM fender flares so I can compare.

THANKS

The OE are 3" unless you have a Sahara or Rubicon then its 4.5".

Maybe 4.5in pocket flares are a better choice?

When I first bought my Jeep, I put on Bushcracker Pocket flares.
They came right to the outside of some 32x11.5x15 tires on 15x8 soft 8's that I had at the time.

Then, I started to wheel my Jeep more and more. Then, the pocket flares broke.

Fine for a street Jeep. If your plans include off roading, I would look at something else.

Bushcracker

I was little worried about that so I went with the even cheaper one's to see if I like them $250 instead of $400+

I got a set for my Rubicon 7 1/2 inches I think. Not the pocket type, they look like stock but wider. I think they look great. I still get crap spraying on the side from under the flare. Was pondering mud flaps but not sure I would dig the look. Got the flares from the quat. catalogue. I think they were $170 bucks. I was concerned they would be really cheap due to the low price camps red to som of the others $250-350. The ones I got are as solid as the stock Rubicon ones. Really happy with them.

Does anyone have a pic a stock jeep with no spacers, no lift, and 30" or less tires WITH a 6" flare?
