Need new rotors. Any suggestions

My front rotors are stock and are warped so I'm looking for a decent pair of slotted rotors for the front. I have 33's and a 4 inch lift. I need rotors that aren't so expensive but can resist heat pretty well. Any suggestions?? Has anyone used the Ebc ultimax?

I would stay away from slotted rotors if you take your Jeep offroad like your avatar pic.

The slots trap dirt, mud and junk.

I replaced my stock brakes with Centric premium rotors and Black Magic brake pads.

Amazing results.

x2 on Centric, I use them with Yellowstuff pads and it works without issue.

X2 on the Centric rotors and Black Magic brake pads. X2 too on avoiding the gimmicky slotted, cross-drilled, and/or dimpled rotors which don't really help braking.

I was going to keep the stock brake pads since there is a lot of life left on them. I understand why you wouldn't get slotted just want to make sure they won't warp at all, I'm a little heavy on the brake on the street and off road. How long have you had the centric for? No sign of warping?

If you put the Centric Premium rotors and Black Magic brake pads on from us and manage to warp them after the break in period, I'll send you new ones on my dime.

Ah, BMB was quicker on the draw...

I've been running the Centric rotors and Yellowstuffs before the Black Magic's came out, so I think maybe 3+ years now. No warping . Oh and we have slopes, grades, hills and mountains here in the Pacific Northwest, so my brakes do get used on and off the road. And if it makes a difference, I drive an automatic...

While I realize it seems like it is something special, in reality the odds of me ever having to do that are very low. Centric makes very good products and I have total confidence in their quality.

It's easy to pass that along. The only issues we ever have are with the folks that baby their brakes and drive little old blue haired grannies on their weekly trip to bingo.

These brakes like to be used hard and respond well to it.

We don't and won't sell anything that we don't have great experiences with, use ourselves, and have complete confidence in.

I sell stuff under the same parameters that I want to purchase it under. I want it to work as advertised, achieve normal expectations and if there is a problem, I want it taken care of in a reasonable fashion and in a reasonable time frame.

I plan to one day have the Savvy underarmor, OME lift, and 33's. My question is, would you put this setup(BMB) on a stock Jeep?
I'll have to do my Jeep in stages and would like to go
1. Brakes and steering
2. Savvy underarmor and body protection
3. OME and tires

I'm probably the wrong person to ask. When our 04 was stock, I put the Vanco 15" kit on it. When we put 33's on it, I upgraded to the Vanco 16" kit.

I like brakes and have not found a set up yet where I ever thought I had too much brake.

I would have expected two weeks before anything came In. Not only did they come 2 days after I put my order in with BMB, THEY ALSO THREW IN TWO CHAP STICKS!!

Thanks for the nice words. As much as I would like to take credit, my lovely wife handles the shipping and orders and tosses goodies in the packages from time to time.

I am happy you liked the lip gloss though, someone else who got them was somewhat offended and related that he refused to put anything on his lips that another jeeper sent him.

I was gonna tell him that it was two very small mis-labeled tubes of Turd Polish for his Dana 35, but figured that wouldn't go over too well with certain crowds.

Sorry about the rotors, they do ship at the same time so I don't know what is up there. If you don't get them today, let me know and we'll get it handled somehow.

I thought it was a nice jester and my girlfriend liked them a lot. If she's happy I'm happy. Plus I don't mind wearing chap stick. As for the rotors I wasn't even expecting anything to come in for at least a week so is the come today or tomorrow is no difference, it's still early in my book
