Need some help with Mopar Side Steps

Found a guy selling black Mopar side steps in my area for pretty cheap, and I did a quick search on 4wd, and for the same ones, it says they're for 01-06 wranglers. Now, what I was wanting to know is if they'd fit on my 99 at all? It looks like I have the bolts holes, but I forgot to see if they'd bolt on when I looked at 'em

These are the ones in question:
Factory Style Side Steps by Chrysler and Other Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware-RH2

Thanks!

I think they may have changed the mounting locations in later years. Jollyroger bought some from an '04 I think and they didn't fit his earlier model. I'd try to find some off a 97-02 maybe..... I'll see if I can find his thread for you later....
